Shipping Information
► Flat Rate worldwide shipping: W.Malaysia (RM8), E.Malaysia (RM13), International (RM16).
► Orders are shipped out within 48 hours after full payment has been credited into our bank account.
► Orders are shipped out with tracking number by: Poslaju (Local) or Pos Malaysia (International).
Delivery Schedule
► Orders are shipped out every day from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
► Orders placed on weekends will be only shipped out on the following Monday.
Delivery Time
► Transit time for delivery vary depending on the locations.
► Local orders will usually be delivered within 1-3 days from the shipped date.
► Transit time for international orders are between 14-30 days, subjected to customs clearance.
Delivery Notifications
► Customers will receive a notification by email when your order has been shipped out.
► Notification include an online tracking number so you can track it online right to your door.
Missed Deliveries
► If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company (Poslaju) will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office.
► If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address), then we will inform you immediately by phone as soon as we receive the item. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer, there will be an additional charges to resend the items.
Late Deliveries
► In rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one to two extra day.
► We regret that this situation can occur occasionally and is an unfortunate situation, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.
► The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery company itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control.
► Please contact us should your parcel did not arrive within 7 business days (for Malaysian customers) and 30 business days (for International customers).
